So, I meant to post this last night, but it went to my drafts? But the reasoning why Nikki got so paranoid last night

She was just sort of scared because that’s how Jason started. They’d joke around and then he’d fall silent right after, just before he’d start to lash out and yell.

Right now, I picture Nikki and John lounging on the couch, the TV on but it really just being background noise. They’re both laying down on the couch, Nikki with her back pressed against the backrest of the couch, but her head on his chest and his arm wrapped around her shoulders while they do some wedding planning.

Nikki headcanon:

Whenever John goes to sleep before her, Nikki finds herself changing into one of his sweat pants and one of his t-shirts that ends up being super big on her but she finds them too comfortable to change. Not comfortable because they are soft, but comfortable because they are his. And then she’ll lay down next to him and if he’s laying on his back.. she’ll softly run her fingers through his hair or draw circles on his chest with her fingers.

And then she realizes she’s probably being creepy watching him sleep and she quietly giggles and lays her head on his chest, holding his closest hand and falls asleep.
